when you work there for 50+ hours/week trying to meet dealines and making things work, then don't get any benefits and toxic work environment with certain managers who are brown nosers and dehumanize you, it's not worth it. no chance of advancement because they're extremely cheap and the office politics is horrendous where anyone can be blamed at any time by midddling middle managers and upper management don't care because they're the cronies.
