bad, angry and bitter people all over. Lots of drama and measuring contests. Out of touch and clueless leadership wants to get everyone working back in the office ASAP. They went “hybrid” by allowing people to work from home on wednesdays and fridays only (except the ones who made this rule dont even follow it), but it will not last as they are eager to get everyone “collaborating around a whiteboard” as they keep saying
