Pros
For the time I worked there, it was fine. Not perfect, but pretty good. I was hired in the sales department to originate equipment financing transactions. I went there with open eyes and ears and did some deals, and got paid commissions. It's a tough job, you must be focused and persistent. Lot's of calls and constant follow up, but doable. I enjoyed working with my manager, learned some skills that I use today in a different industry and will probably use for years to come. There are some fellow employees there who I have remained in contact with, good people.
Cons
So if you are looking for a free ride and cake job, this is not the place. Your success depends on what you put into the job. There are some previous posts that are a bit harsh, my guess is that those people did not work the position hard enough, so their job probably became a real grind for them.
