      Pros

      Calance has been very supportive during covid. Managers did a lot to make sure working from home worked for us.

      Cons

      Hoping we'll be able to continue with some sort of hybrid model as we come out of covid, maybe allow us to work a couple days a week from home.

      Pay is above average. Management does not micromanage.

      Cons

      As a MSP Managed Service Provider, they are not good at getting new business. Losing customers reduces profitability and forces layoffs
