      Work-Life Balance, supportive and approachable Project manager, and TL in my team, flexible working hours, team members are very cooperative and helpful

      Cons

      Limited leave allocation, no problem in getting the leaves if they are planned or you have some urgency or any health issue but the yearly count of leaves is low

      As a MSP Managed Service Provider, they are not good at getting new business. Losing customers reduces profitability and forces layoffs
