Management is kind of sloppy due to position rearrangements, but overall is okay.

- Paid training - Supportive and responsible staff - Breaks are required (so you are guaranteed to get them) - Some positions are easy (tide pool slides, reef racer slides) - Rewarding systems, staff celebrations during after hours, - Flexible hours (there were some ppl who only worked weekends)

- Guests can be entitled - The children do not listen (and some adults don't either lol) - It is very hot in the summer and you have to be barefoot (unless you get your shoes certified during in-service), the ground will burn your feet - Scanning positions can be very mind-numbing/nerve-racking on crowded days
