Co-workers are the best part of the job Great for customer service and variety of work Some independence for night shifts
Cons
-Risky environment (not caltex specific but the crazies love servos) -Manager Micro-manages EVERYTHING -Terrible pay for anyone under 21 -Safety protocol can be ridiculous at times, usually infringing on basic human decency and morality -Management doesn't care about anything that doesn't affect them -No room to move. Ive worked with plenty of people that have been stuck at CSA for 20 years. -Youre always on security camera so any mistakes (big or small) will be shown back to you. -NO DISCOUNT ON ANYTHING for any employees -Not aloud out of the shop after 6pm for breaks
