      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to move up or switch to another role to try something new. The pay was good and I really liked the company culture.

      Cons

      I didn't like working in Houston and I did not like the "Cameron Desktop" computer setup...the network would get severe slowdowns because of the constant data backups.
