* Salary was ok, only with client bonus and field bonus * Good workplace * Vacation, medical treatment benefits * Can travel on days-off

* Shortage of personnel leads to additional tasks (easy to burn-out) * Being friends with manager provide promotion instead of hard-work * Managers don't care about personnel (only in my business line, can not say the same about others) * No opportunities for female workers * Work-life balance is 2/5
