Pros

-Get to work with some legendary IPs and terrific products -Lots of great people, relatively casual culture -Lots of cross-departmental collaboration and opportunity to define your own role -Moderate amount of travel, sometimes to exciting places like Japan, Germany, NYC -Product has improved significantly since I left -Perks: Free games, travel per diem, 401k matching, nice insurance options

Cons

-Toxic us-versus-them culture between the various branches -Extremely out-of-touch management; employees are held accountable for decisions beyond their control -Petty or opportunistic politics can have severe collateral ramifications for lower-level employees -Lowish head count means most people are overextended and tasked with things outside their job description. Underqualified people are placed in critical positions of authority. If you speak Japanese, you will be asked to translate/interpret, regardless of your position. -Pay is on the lower end, but not that bad in my experience -Short-sighted business strategies that often feel like bandwagoning or flailing -Very high turnover rate due to all of the above
