      Open minded culture, freedom to develop business. Very established in public, engineering & change domains and usually seen as very collaborative by clients. Great working atmosphere in the right teams

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
