Pros
Good Work Life Balance, People in projects are supportive, employees are treated well by Managers, HR and other support staffs, No restriction on how much time you stay in office. If your work is done, managers don't care about all those things.
Cons
Less onsite as it follows right-shore model. Hike is less average 7%. ( But lateral hires can negotiate and get good package during joining) Some specific business units may send you to client place to work. ( But Some clients are very good to work for and some are not)
