policies are flexible. good transportation (although, paid) friendly environment
Cons
One and only one, get as much as you can at the time of recruitment. After that, you won't get anything notably. I have completed 5 yrs last month in this organization and I am too low as per market standards. Lots of things have been changed during this time (2007-2012). The company started thinking towards cost-cutting with the small things like, cheap stationary quality etc. Investing more towards the brand value, advertizements etc now a days.
