      Pros

      A very good company with friendly environment to work. Provides shift allowance and drop facility. Also pays for overtime if we have to do extra work.

      Cons

      We have to be in office for 9.5 hours even if we complete our work. The prompt tool which we follow is really tough to maintain the time and task .

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
