      Pros

      Brand of working in "Management Consulting". People are young and fun.

      Cons

      Work is not really management consulting work. Utilization / billable hours become so important and hard to get, so most people work on any project just to get by. Work culture does not support diversity of thought.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
