- Great lower-level colleagues and atmosphere - Good work-life balance
Cons
- Below average compensation - Nepotism to rise through the ranks, it seems that you will be promoted based on how well (senior) management likes you rather than your actual performance. - Most projects are bodyshop, there are almost no strategy projects so consultants are staffed for a very long period or they are staffed in projects that are not well-defined and thus not within their expertise/interest. - Organizational support is rather amateuristic and opportunistic. Not adequately supported and trained whenever you start on a new project.
