Pros

- Great brand with exposure to big spanish companies and occasional cross country global projects - Very good, professional, hard working and committed employees ( mainly applicable to mid management downwards) - Good place for juniors/unexperienced to gain business exposure and responsibility (even though it is not usually compensated in the long term)

Cons

- Spanish BU culture has nothing to do with UK, France BUs – no sense of “belonging” - No sector / vertical specialisation – extremely poor resource management & project allocation - Inexistent thought leadership – cases of high levels of incompetence by some senior managers - Very poor talent management, no training whatsoever – very poor/inexistent on-boarding - Career progression based on who you know & number of years in the company - No Salary asymetry – cases where Senior Consultants earn more than Managers - Experienced very poor morale and high rotation levels

Pros

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Cons

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
