Pros

People on the floor that are responsible are really nice and empathetic even while they're stressed and working unnecessary overtime.

Cons

Bureaucratic to the point of self sabotage. Every process has too many intermediaries or boards or whatever and there's little to no room for growth unless you're vacuumed up by layoffs. Management/key leadership cannot align on a vision. While working on projects, many players in upper management will either tell you conflicting feedback or incredibly subjective feedback to their own poor taste, resulting in you needing to play into their egos rather than delivering the quality, innovative work that they say that they're looking for. There are a lot of "urgent, high-turnover, short deadline" asks that you cannot say no to. Clear example of a conservative company trying and flailing to position themselves as more innovative/futuristic than they actually are. There are people who definitely want to live up to this idea but no one with actual influence is willing to hear them out or go to bat for them because they're too busy covering their own assets.

Pros

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Cons

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
