      - inspiring culture - interesting projects with high strategic relevance (for me in Automotive) - chance to participate in excellent thought leadership - flexible work from home schedule

      Cons

      - large company (340.000 emplyoees in group) leads to necessity of more structures and leads to necessary start time for new joiners

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
