Pros
The people that you work with (not management). The only positive is leaving the office at the end of your shift.
Cons
Terrible management with many uneducated and inexperienced managers above their station. One to ones are mostly non existent and not monitored properly to check that managers are doing them. Career progression is a joke...literally, you will be laughed at for even thinking/discussing progression.
