They are called this by the Private Eye for a reason Qualified Nursing staff who are employed to undertake the assessments are given next to no recognition as the clinical professionals that they are and treated with all the courtesy of a toilet cleaner. If you are make even the slightest error you are hauled through the coals and threatened with the sack rather than being given constructive advice and support to help you avoid it happening again. The auditors are totally inconsistent and seem to make it up as they go - Reviewer A could audit an assessment and decide its perfect;whereas Reviewer B could send it back as ungradable. My husband's manager was so unsupportive and a bully. Ended up with depression after working for this shower. If you use the chat app for any light conversation you are reminded by a jobsworth manager that they are watching you all the time and you are reprimanded for daring to be taking a break from work.
