      My hours are flexible which is a great help. Everyone here is lovely, with regards to our staff.

      None, other than I have to drive about 45 minutes to work; but that’s my choice as I love my job.

      Pros

      The team work at care uk is exceptional the routines and activities residents have keeps them motivated and independent. Love the daily check ups and cleanliness that everyone upholds.

      Cons

      I think the staff rooms can be revamped a little bit, they can be a little dull and depressing.
