Pay and benefits are competitive. Recognition programs are strong. Ethical organization at the very highest levels (so they say) and good historical support for safety.
Cons
- Recogntion programs can become political - Subpar facilities and capital improvement efforts - Extremely high turnover rates (as in most of the meat industry) - Long hours and weekend work... get ready to earn your salary and then some
