      I loved the overall environment at Cargill. People are collaborative, it's a company that encourages a good work life balance and values its employees. They have good benefits compared to the Brazilian industry.

      Cons

      As any large company, career plan is not that clear - but possible to grow though.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
