Pros

The only pros our the free products (but after 6 months those don't really happen anymore) and some fun coworkers.

Cons

It's marketed as a non-commission workplace but the managers and HQ treat it the exact opposite. Empty promises left and right. "Promote from within" that statement is laughable at this job, they will tell you that they will work to elevate you to a higher position and then go ahead and hire an outside hire. Raises here are a joke! I feel bad for anybody who tells me they're thinking of applying for this job.

Pros

The WTC office is nice

Cons

Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
