Their benefits seem reasonable upon being hired and they promise you land, but you only really get an apartment when you actually work there. One thing that was more annoying daily was their frequent HR policy changes. States "unlimited PTO and sick days," but when people started taking advantage of it, they decreased it to an average # of days. They promise a lot to their staff but managers choose who they like more before you get noticed. The CX department is straight high school with principals, and the leads are like deans. Overall, Casper department asks you to come to them for issues, but they do not listen to you & the pay is trash - sorry.
