Brilliant coworkers with a ton of energy and no ego, a great office environment and incredibly positive reception of our product/brand/Company from the outside make Casper an organization I'm proud and excited to be a part of.
Since business is booming and the cofounders are inarguably the hardest working people at the company, not having a clear vision of where the company will be in 6/12/24 months is exciting—not scary. I'm confident that Casper will continue to get bigger, better and smarter each month moving forward for a very long time. Our opportunities for growth—as a business and as individuals within the organization—seem limitless.

Cons
Typical growing pains of rapid growth startups. Not enough processes are in place for on-boarding and growing vertically/horizontally in the organization, but management seems to be working on them right now.
