Pros
The employees of my former facility were terrific and hardworking. Everyone put the patients first and all specialties worked together well to serve the patients the best they could under the conditions.
Cons
We never had the proper equipment on the Medical Floor and often had to spend time searching for it. Sections of the hospital were very run down, dated and unclean. Suggestions from the staff were never welcomed or implemented.
