Pros
Great working atmosphere, good compensation, continuous improvement. CBR was family owned and recently acquired by a business that is driving bottom line improvement but is also heavily investing in the IT infrastructure and systems. Change is difficult, so I am not surprised to see some employees look for other options that align with their preferences. I came from a corporate environment, having worked in banking and telecomm, so I am used to the expectations and ongoing changes. CBR is much smaller and more employee focused than the larger environments and I am very satisfied to be here.
Cons
Right now the company is in transition and has lost some long time employees. However, it is hiring new talent and this will drive more success.
