Pros

Free parking...close to the airport. Close to 101 & 280. Unfortunately, it's hard to think of positive things directly related to working there.

Cons

The company has changed ownership recently and has a new CEO. It is undergoing significant change, significant layoffs (including of elderly and pregnant employees--ironic for a family-oriented company). Leadership is unstable, at best, and is very focused on current balance sheets and making them look good. They do not seem to be invested in the long-term health of the company. Business has been flat, so employees are stressed, unhappy, and wondering how much longer they will have a job. Morale is very low.

Pros

The pay and benefits are good compared to many other jobs in this industry. The company is well known and mostly well respected within the healthcare field.

Cons

They'll lure you in with talk of huge commissions/bonuses, but they won't tell you how difficult it will be to make the money they've promised. Managment sets completely unrealistic expectations for the company.
