      Good pay, benefits, and lots of experience on the crews. Higher pay and faster start on apprenticeship if coming out of a trade school.

      Cons

      Can be a much longer wait on starting your apprenticeship if not coming out of a trade school.

      Pros

      Driven colleagues, working for something that impacts my neighbors, and complex projects in ML, AI, Data Infastructure, and Energy Infastructure. Generally a balanced work experience though, where it's not necessary to always work long hours, but it does come up from time to time.

      Cons

      Public perception, lack of work from home options, underwhelming vacation policy, and regressive environmental policies. Seems like the company is quick to cave to political pressure.
