      It’s union so if you’re a good worker you just get more and more work piled on you. Most people do the bare minimum

      Good 401k Matching , Work from home .

      Cons

      No downtime . Calls are back to back the whole shift . 18.50 an hour . They require that you sell on 5% of your calls so if you are selling there will be coaching side by side phone calls and write ups for not selling
