Thanks for your positive feedback and, since you are a Director, it's especially good to know you approve of the CEO.....I'm sure Dave appreciates that. Setting aside the kidding you raise a good point in your "con". As we have continued to grow this gap has grown as well and while it may never be solved due to the nature of our work it is something that we will continue to address. The annual holiday party trip, Leadership retreat, spring meeting and summer meeting are things we can build upon as they are opportunities to get together socially 4x each year but that is not enough. As you've already heard, two weeks after your feedback was submitted we rolled out a new way for our BUs to work together that will support groups of leaders from across BUs meeting weekly to have collaborative discussions around opportunities and issues that have arisen. Admittedly this new BU Work group solution was not a direct result of your con but it was a direct result of others (and possibly yourself) sharing similar thoughts internally. We are always looking for ways to continuously improve so as you have ideas please keep sharing them.
