Pros
great perks, good company overall, good discounts, and they do look after you well compared to other retail jobs,
Cons
Bad management, by this I mean upper to middle. Allowed bullying to happen and two faced/back stabbing. They deal with things by ignoring them and turning a blind eye until the situation is so bad they have to intervene. Highly toxic environment which is why I left. Its a shame because a few bad apples ruined it for many, and instead of being reprimanded they were promoted.
