The legacy of the House is extremely inspiring. There isn't usually too much stress on a daily basis, as it is one of the last "family" type luxury Houses, and it is not listed on stock exchange so a bit less pressure on profitability.
Cons
If you're looking for the best annual base salary, it's probably not the right place for you Slow decision process
