      relaxed culture. good salary. friendly team members

      Cons

      roll out of new products far too early and without thorough live testing. company will just axe important positions without discussion purely to benefit bottom line.

      Pros

      Free EV charging. Well lit parking lot with only 2-5 potholes. Bathrooms (for both sexes!). Air conditioned offices. Unlimited hand sanitizer and staples.

      Cons

      Low growth opportunities. Stagnant middle management. Cost cutting campaign trumps attempts to innovate. Offshoring is now the way.
