No particular cons there, all good.

Free EV charging. Well lit parking lot with only 2-5 potholes. Bathrooms (for both sexes!). Air conditioned offices. Unlimited hand sanitizer and staples.

Low growth opportunities. Stagnant middle management. Cost cutting campaign trumps attempts to innovate. Offshoring is now the way.
