      Great team members, particularly in Europe. Engaged, experienced and capable.

      Cons

      Leadership, from the board who did not change the CEO two years prior, to the general lack of autonomy for the EU team, who heavily and painfully depends on decisions (and major mistakes) from the US team.

      Pros

      Free EV charging. Well lit parking lot with only 2-5 potholes. Bathrooms (for both sexes!). Air conditioned offices. Unlimited hand sanitizer and staples.

      Cons

      Low growth opportunities. Stagnant middle management. Cost cutting campaign trumps attempts to innovate. Offshoring is now the way.
