Pros
Not a very complicated job. It is great for developing communication skills.
Cons
My experience while training for the position was subpar. There was a lot of on the job training, which means a few impatient customers who turned angry as I was learning. I'm sure the training is better now that Covid-19 lockdowns are no longer in place.
