Pros
Phenomenal benefits, hours, management, pay, and support. I love being a manager. It’s fulfilling. Chase supports me and my endeavors including fully funding my tuition. They provide some autonomy that allows for creativity in identifying my own priorities for my business. My manager is fantastic and I love the way he leads. Chase really emphasizes people-first focus which allows for authenticity, diversity, and passion. I’ll never find another industry as good at this one…and I’m not looking. I love it! IT IS DEMANDING but it’s worth it.
Cons
Staffing can be terrible which means work life balance can be tenuous. Customers can really be awful but don’t let it deter you…just build a resiliency and learn to approach them from curiosity and compassion.
