      I got lots of great experience because of my students. Staff is cliquey. We are WAY underpaid. Staff and administrator turnover is ridiculous.

      Everything is a con. Avoid.

      The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

      Cons

      they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

      They offer good pay thats competitive.

      But hours are inconsitent to say the least.
