Their vision begins and ends with layoffs and shipping American jobs overseas, betraying the very legacy they claim to uphold. This is not longer a "Great American Company". The IT department is the ultimate casualty—a chaotic wreck thanks to an incompetent CIO and shortsighted cuts that have left the infrastructure in shambles. Coming in the office 4 days a week for online meetings with people overseas is insane.
