Pros

If you are okay to shift to Tamilnadu where Hindi is scarcely spoken, then you would enjoy the hospitality the Chennai city offers.

Cons

When given a choice to die to or to join Chronus, without blinking I would choose the earlier. If death is denied is the only time, I choose joining Chronus just to experience the what-else-worse-could-happen. I still remember sitting for the campus placements inspite something telling me that there is something shady about this organisation and their domain and business. I had to join here to confirm that assumption that their domain is the most fragile in the market. Easily any company in Silicon Valley could one day overturn and humble their business model. This place is a garbage driven environment. You will not get to have any breathing space. Even when you are about to die because of a fire accident, their first advise is to commit the code to Github. No care for employees. And lies - lies are everywhere. From the time they came to my campus to the recent one on one review. The worst thing that you would hear after joining is what the organisation expects from you and if I could translate that in simple English - We will drain your blood to pulp I made a mistake. Now that you have enough to gather from other reviews and from folks who have passed out, even appearing for this company could be avoided so that you will never go in a dilemma of whether or not choosing this dump yard over other offers.

Pros

GREAT people. A good mission originally and changing/evolving with the times. Good culture years back. Enjoyed working with my clients and building relationships.

Cons

LOTS of changes. Could we great but unknown during restructuring and aligning new teams. Pay was not competitive to others in the space. No pay increases for a few years. Work/life balance didn't exist. BURNOUT was real. Last CEO was not a great fit for the company. Wanted feedback but didn't see through much of it. TRUST was also a big issue and confidentiality was another.
