Pros
The office is well decorated. Lots of good companies nearby.
Cons
I had options outside India, inspite of that I chose Chronus thinking that it has been founded by Microsoft and Oracle employees and hence will be good. But after joining my perception totally changed. The work culture is pathetic. Behavior of management is terrible. The workload is unbelievable. If I would have worked even one fourth of what I have worked here in any of my previous companies I would have gone places. Most of the reviews which have rated this company highly are from them who haven’t worked anywhere else and are not aware of the Industry standards.
