Pros

Free movies, 50% conc discount, able to work on your own (maybe). GM conference. Presidents Gold Club.

Cons

Good dental, health, and vision benefits, and many incentive programs for positive healthy practices. 401k first 3% match at 100%, next 3 % is matched at 50%. Salary = 40 hrs. They don't like it if you work over 45, but you do, especially if you want to do well. Not recognized for a job well done. When asking questions to upper mgt, reprimanded! Corp. seem to care, but make promises & don't deliver. (Mgr holidays!) Promised yearly reviews with potential accompanied raises, but got 2 in 7 years! And only 2 raises in 6 years, and it's not based on performance, which is stated in the handbook. You receive it IF your higher mgr likes you enough to complete it... Sick days are secret. After working for 10+ years you rise up from 10 vacation days to 15. There are black out days, weeks, months, as is based on the Region Leaders discretion. You can't take time off 1st week in Jan, around valentines day, during spring break, mid April through late aug maybe first week of sept after Labor Day, October (budget season), late November and mid to late dec. so, there are black out dates in Every month!! And no roll over vacation time. It's a use it/lose it basis. While on vacation, and normally You are on 24/7 call. If something goes wrong, you are it! Drop everything & go take care of it, but make sure you work your normal shifts. Performance is based on how well your 18-20+ yr old mgrs and teenage staff do their job. If you have a good community, this is easy, but if you are in a bad city/neighborhood, then it's very tough.
