Pros

Free Movies No other benefits.

Cons

The previous benefit of free/discounted concessions has been so heavily restricted, that it barely qualifies as a benefit. Applicable items have been restricted to an incredibly small amount of items, and require manager approval on every single item. Without approval, you can and will be reprimanded. This resulted in those benefits going completely unused by the staff. As for the job itself, you will be overworked and underpaid. I would require a much higher compensation before I would willingly put myself in that situation again, dealing with horrid customers and complete and utter mismanagement. Separate factors that make me completely dismiss the job are: Horridly strict rules. No phones unless you are in one of the back rooms for 15 minutes or less (Usually applicable ~2x a day. With how tedious the job is, this is an absolutely horrid rule.) There isn't even an exception for podium ushers, where your only task is to sit at a desk and check tickets all day. With no other entertainment allowed, even just reading a book, I had resorted to banging my head against the wall to have *some* sort of stimulation in my several hours-long shift. It was absolutely horrible and mind-numbing. There are a multitude of other reasons not to get this job. Just don't. I stuck through this job for over a year, and my opinion was shared with nearly every coworker I had spoken with.
