Pros

I've been working as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Circles for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. Here are some key points about the role: Dynamic & Engaging Work – No two days are the same! I handle a wide range of requests, from travel planning to event coordination, which keeps things interesting. Opportunity to Help Others – It’s really rewarding to know that I’m making people’s lives easier. Whether it’s finding a last-minute reservation or assisting with a personal task, I feel like I’m making a difference. Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills – This job has really improved my ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively. These are skills I can take anywhere in my career. Collaborative Work Environment – The team here is super supportive, and management is approachable. I always feel like I have the resources I need to succeed. Potential for Career Growth – There are opportunities to move up within the company if you’re proactive. I’ve seen colleagues transition into management or specialized roles. Work-Life Balance – The schedule is relatively stable compared to other concierge or hospitality roles, and there’s some flexibility depending on your department.

Cons

High Expectations & Fast-Paced Environment – The job can be demanding, especially when handling multiple urgent requests at once. You need to be organized and quick on your feet. Client Challenges – Some clients can be difficult to please, which can be stressful. Patience is key! Pay Could Be More Competitive – While the benefits and work culture are good, the salary could be a bit higher compared to similar roles in luxury concierge services.

Pros

Paid training that’s done remotely. Coworkers were great and often bonded over how opportunistic and generally awful the company was.

Cons

Unprofessional managers, no raises even when workload doubles or triples and employees are expected to cover other positions that have been eliminated, Experienced multiple instances of unfair employee practices, biases, unrealistic work expectations and discriminatory hiring practices. No standards in place for employee safety! They operate on a strict set of rules for how to best service the client but have a “cross that bridge when we come to it” mentality for protecting their staff. You will spend money on therapy to recover from working here. Very high turnover rate, naturally.
