1. Monotonous work and outdated system. 2. No employee growth due to internal politics. They will promote you only and only if you bring a counter offer from somewhere. 3. Extreme over time hours with no overtime pay even after the new labour laws. 4. Old employees will receive more work if a new employee leaves. no new replacements. 5. All work is done by grade 7-8-9 employees. AVP and above will scroll reels whole day.
