Dear reviewer, thanks for taking the time to share your opinion. It's great to see recognition of the fun atmosphere and great people here at Citco. As we've grown over the years it's been difficult to retain the sense of "family" that has always been at the core of Citco, but certainly it's part of our DNA and should be the the essence of our culture. Our recent employee survey has provided similar feedback and so it's definitely something worth focusing on. Hopefully over 2018 you'll see positive moves to reclaim our family feel.
