      Pros

      Great place to start work after finishing college. Healthy work/life balance. Fully stocked fridge full of beer. Good training infrastructure.

      Cons

      Discontinued tuition reimbursement coupled with no encouragement by management to associates to actively increase industry knowledge. Unclear salary and bonus structure. Inability to establish and implement a mentor program. Inability to retain top talent due to lackluster compensation practices.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
